Coldplay at Glastonbury 2011

I had to post this..I`m a big Coldplay fan..*actually & my brother too*...I have always said i don`t wanna die without seeing Coldplay & Linkin Park live..And i`m so glad God answered one of my prayers..OCTOBER CAPE TOWN..i get to see MY FAVOURITE BAND EVER perform live...wooohoooo...*i cant wait* Bey & Jay were also a part of the audience *NICEEE*

STATEMENT NECKPIECES

Statement neckpieces bring life to any outfit..I love Melody Thornton`s look with the turban *as for turbans, i think that's a trend I'm just going to forgo* I love it on other people though but its not my kind of style!

Beyonce at Glastonbury 2011

Thank God for youtube,some of us in Africa can finally watch Beyonce`s "headline" Glastonbury perfomance..I loved it..I totally loved seeing Jay-Z in the audience

Beyonce` looked amazing wearing designer Alexandre Vauthier..loved the gold buckle on the belt.
Highlights for me were: when she did the dutty wine *haha* ,her Kings of Leon Sex on Fire version *one of my fav songs ever*, the Fela Kuti inspired End of Time, Run the World, Best thing I never had (my fav from the new album)..i could go on and on..KING B RULES *PURE TALENT*

NEWS:::::Donatella Versace for H&M

Im soo excited for this Versace/H&M collaboation..the downside is i`m in SA where there`s no H&M *It sucks*

I am going to make a plan with my family and friends overseas..*i need to get at least one piece from this collection*
What to expect: studded leather & colourful prints for women.

I`m sure this collection will definitely do well, the same way Lanvin for H&M did last year. The collection is scheduled to hit stores November 19th *at least it gives me time to save*

Charlotte Olympia is a British shoe designer that`s currently doing very well especially since celebrities like Beyonce & Sarah Jessica Parker have been spotted wearing her shoes..So recently she previewed her Fall 2011 Collection..I must say the shoes are really nice BUT I'm not a big fan of her exaggerated platform..i guess i`m still old fashioned..what do you think??

REALLY NOT FEELING THIS

I love Kim Kardashian!! She is one my style icons..BUT i`m not feeling this look on her. I think this was worn by so many celebrities before her (Jlo & Keri Washington to name a few) & now it doesn`t really strike me. It`s one of Gucci`s Spring 2011 collection BUT i think Kim could have done better. I dont know...*Still love the colour blocking trend though*
